Please never send a payment before receiving a reply from us regarding your order: some items may not be available, and shipping costs may have to be adjusted for certain destinations.
Please provide us with a valid address and phone number, required by DHL or FedEx.
Payment: by PayPal (credit cards accepted via PayPal).
All full-size bottles are sent with one complimentary set of samples, composed according to each customer’s specifications. Each full-size bottle also includes a complimentary MDCI refillable travel spray, available in black or gold.
Alternatively, the ‘investment’ made in a sample set ordered directly from us creates a €50 credit, deductible from the price of a full-size bottle ordered from us after receiving the sample set.

We only ship “Silk Road” flacons to Korea, a presentation not available with our local retailer.

This is not an e-commerce website where orders can be placed directly and processed automatically.
Our structure is very small. We work with very limited stock; the bottles are filled on demand, and each of our “discovery” boxes is made to measure, according to each customer’s choices. They therefore cannot be manufactured and stored in advance.
In addition, direct communication for each order is a valuable way to avoid any misunderstanding.
But as unusual as it is, this system allows us to respond quickly in most cases and to ship within a few days, except of course during holidays.
