All full-size bottles are sent with one complimentary set of samples, composed according to each customer’s specifications. And a complimentary MDCI refillable travel-spray, black or gold.
Or the “investment” made in sample set ordered directly opens a credit of € 50.00, deductible from the price of a full-size bottle ordered from us after receiving the sample set.

This is not an e-commerce website, on which it is possible to directly place an order which would be processed automatically.
Indeed, our structure is very small. We work in tight flow, almost without stock, the bottles are filled on demand, and each of our “discovery” boxes is made to measure, according to the choices of each client. They therefore cannot be manufactured and stored in advance.
In addition, direct communication for each order is a valuable way to avoid any misunderstanding.
But as unusual as it is, this system allows us to respond quickly in most cases and to ship within a few days, except of course during holidays.

I am aware that a lot of potential customers are discouraged, and we lose many sales, but no thanks. We would be overwhelmed by orders, would have to hire staff dedicated to this, which is not possible here for lack of space. And I do not like, and am not willing, to manage people.
